Vendor Registration Form

Booth Information:

Booth size is 10 feet by 10 feet. Early registration rate is $75. One 8-foot table and 2 chairs are provided. Booth spaces are filled on a first paid/first served basis. Set up starts September 25 at 1 pm. See Vendor Rules for more information.

Food Vendors Outside:

Must maintain current food license(s) or clearly note Cottage Law usage. This venue does not have outside electricity outlets.

Standard and Late Registration Fees:

Registration postmarked August 16-31 add $5 to Early Registration fee; registrations postmarked September 1 or later, add $10 to Early Registration fee.

We are currently accepting credit card or check/money order.
