BECOME A 2026 FIBER FESTIVAL SPONSOR!
We invite you to invest in our community and become a sponsor of the Northern Michigan Fiber Festival.
Our mission is to celebrate fiber arts and promote sustainable living through our annual festival (the last weekend of September), offering a wide range of educational opportunities for participants of all ages and skill levels. We are 100% volunteer based and do not charge admission. We strive to keep all costs as low as possible. Sponsorships and advertising dollars are vital to our success.

NOTES AND DEADLINES:
Banners must be received by NMFF by the Monday preceding the festival and ready for display.
Images for use in the Spotlight posts must be submitted no later than August 25th and submission will grant NMFF permission to use the images in festival promotion.
Vendor Welcome Bag merchandise (including brochures) must be received by NMFF sponsorship contact by the Monday preceding the festival. NMFF will not return unused brochures. Estimated quantity of merchandise required is enough for 75 welcome bags.
Logos for online use must be rectangular or square in shape and in PNG format. At least 200 x 200 pixels are recommended. Logos must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled posting date.
Brochures to be made available to the public during the festival weekend may be dropped off at the APlex venue beginning Friday afternoon on September 25 (or submitted with welcome bag brochures if appliable). Sponsors may collect unused brochures – NMFF will not return them. Estimated attendance at the 2025 festival was 1,000 attendees for the weekend.
Social media Spotlight will include dual posts on Facebook and Instagram. NMFF will determine the format – example follows.
Posting may include additional text or images subject to suitability at NMFF’s discretion.
We also have opportunities for organizations to sponsor specific elements of the festival, e.g. lamb for the Fiber Café. Ask us how!
