Art of Broom Making
Beginner - Nancy Binkowski - 1 - 4 pm
Class Description
This half-day workshop covers various aspects of hand broom making. You will learn how to wrap a basic whisk broom and two variations of how to stitch brooms. Multiple twine colors are available for wrapping and stitching. Attendees may bring feathers, beads or other decorations for use or to share. We will learn some broom folklore and history while we enjoy working with broom corn to make lovely yet functional works of art.
Cancellation Policy
All class purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued for missed or unused classes. In the rare event that a class is canceled by us, students may choose to receive a refund or transfer the cost of the class to another available session.
